제1조 (목적)

이 약관은 개발자(이하 "운영자")가 제공하는 모바일 게임 "길치 용사 키우기"(이하 "게임")의 이용 조건과 유료 서비스 이용에 관한 사항을 정합니다. 게임을 설치·이용하면 본 약관에 동의한 것으로 봅니다.

제2조 (서비스의 제공)

게임은 무료로 제공되며, 일부 게임 내 재화(골드)를 유료로 판매할 수 있습니다.
게임 데이터(세이브)는 기본적으로 이용자의 기기에 저장됩니다. 앱 삭제·기기 변경·기기 초기화에 대비하려면 제6조의 클라우드 백업(선택)을 이용해야 하며, 백업하지 않은 데이터는 복구되지 않을 수 있습니다.
운영자는 게임의 밸런스·콘텐츠를 사전 공지 없이 조정할 수 있습니다. 다만 유료로 구매한 재화의 보유량을 임의로 감소시키지 않습니다.

제3조 (유료 서비스)

판매 상품: 게임 내 재화 "골드" 충전 상품 (상품별 수량·가격은 구매 화면 및 스토어에 표시).
결제는 Google Play / Apple App Store의 인앱 결제를 통해 이루어지며, 가격은 부가세가 포함된 스토어 표시 가격을 따릅니다.
구매한 골드는 결제 완료 즉시 게임 계정(기기)에 지급됩니다.

제4조 (청약철회 및 환불)

구매한 골드는 결제 즉시 지급·사용 가능한 디지털 콘텐츠입니다. 「전자상거래 등에서의 소비자보호에 관한 법률」 제17조 제2항에 따라, 지급이 완료된 상품은 청약철회(환불)가 제한되며, 이 사실은 구매 확인 화면에서 사전 고지되고 동의를 받습니다.

지급받은 골드를 사용하지 않은 경우, 구매일로부터 7일 이내에 청약철회를 요청할 수 있습니다.
환불은 결제 수단인 스토어(Google Play / App Store)의 환불 절차를 통해 처리되며, 스토어의 환불 정책이 함께 적용됩니다.
시스템 오류로 상품이 정상 지급되지 않은 경우, 아래 문의처로 연락 주시면 재지급 또는 환불로 처리합니다.

제5조 (미성년자의 결제)

미성년자가 법정대리인의 동의 없이 결제한 경우, 미성년자 본인 또는 법정대리인은 「민법」 제5조에 따라 그 결제를 취소할 수 있습니다. 다만 미성년자가 성년으로 믿게 한 속임수를 쓴 경우에는 취소가 제한될 수 있습니다.

제6조 (계정 및 클라우드 서비스)

클라우드 백업·랭킹은 선택 기능이며, 이메일 계정 생성 후 이용할 수 있습니다. 게임의 모든 콘텐츠는 계정 없이도 이용 가능합니다.
세이브 데이터는 최초 백업한 계정에 귀속되며, 다른 계정으로는 백업할 수 없습니다.
랭킹에 등록한 닉네임과 기록은 다른 이용자에게 공개됩니다. 부적절한 닉네임(욕설·사칭 등)은 사전 통지 없이 등록이 거부되거나 변경·삭제될 수 있으며, 닉네임 변경은 7일에 1회로 제한됩니다.
계정과 서버 데이터는 게임 내 계정 삭제 기능으로 언제든 삭제할 수 있습니다. (계정 삭제 안내)

제7조 (이용자의 의무와 이용 제한)

게임 데이터의 무단 조작(세이브 변조, 결제 우회 등)으로 취득한 재화·아이템에 대해 운영자는 지급·복구 책임을 지지 않습니다.
게임의 리버스 엔지니어링·재배포·상업적 이용은 금지됩니다.
다음 각 호의 행위가 확인되는 경우, 운영자는 해당 계정의 서비스 이용(게임 접속·클라우드·랭킹)을 사전 통지 없이 제한할 수 있습니다.
- 유료 재화를 사용한 뒤 결제를 환불받는 등 환불 제도의 남용
- 세이브·기록 조작, 비정상 프로그램 사용 등 부정한 방법의 랭킹 등재
- 서버에 비정상적인 부하를 일으키는 행위
이용 제한에 이의가 있는 경우 제9조의 문의처로 소명할 수 있으며, 확인 결과에 따라 제한이 해제될 수 있습니다.

제8조 (책임의 한계)

운영자는 무료로 제공되는 서비스의 중단·변경·데이터 손실에 대해 고의 또는 중대한 과실이 없는 한 책임을 지지 않습니다.
천재지변, 기기 고장, 스토어 장애 등 운영자의 통제를 벗어난 사유로 인한 손해에 대해서는 책임을 지지 않습니다.

제9조 (분쟁 해결 및 문의)

본 약관에서 정하지 않은 사항은 관계 법령 및 상관례를 따르며, 분쟁 발생 시 콘텐츠분쟁조정위원회 등 관련 기관의 조정을 이용할 수 있습니다.

본 약관은 2026-08-01부터 적용됩니다. 약관이 변경되는 경우 게임 내 공지 또는 이 페이지를 통해 고지합니다.

1. Purpose

These terms set out the conditions for using the mobile game "Maze Lure" (the "Game") provided by the developer (the "Operator"), including paid services. By installing or using the Game, you agree to these terms.

2. The service

The Game is free to play, and some in-game currency (gold) may be sold for a fee.
Game data (saves) is stored on your device by default. To protect against uninstalling, changing or resetting your device, use the optional cloud backup in Section 6; data that has not been backed up may not be recoverable.
The Operator may adjust game balance and content without prior notice, but will not arbitrarily reduce the amount of currency you purchased.

3. Paid services

Products: in-game currency "gold" packs (quantities and prices are shown on the purchase screen and in the store).
Payments are made through Google Play or Apple App Store in-app purchases, at the store price including any applicable taxes.
Purchased gold is delivered to your game account (device) immediately after payment.

4. Cancellations and refunds

Purchased gold is digital content delivered and usable immediately upon payment. Under Korean consumer protection law (Act on the Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, Article 17(2)), cancellation is limited once the product has been delivered; this is disclosed on the purchase confirmation screen and your consent is obtained before purchase.

If you have not used the gold you received, you may request cancellation within 7 days of purchase.
Refunds are processed through the refund procedure of the store you paid with (Google Play / App Store), and that store's refund policy also applies. If you live outside Korea, any mandatory consumer rights under your local law are not affected.
If a product was not delivered because of a system error, contact us below and we will redeliver it or refund you.

5. Purchases by minors

If a minor makes a payment without the consent of a legal guardian, the minor or the guardian may cancel that payment (Korean Civil Act, Article 5). Cancellation may be limited if the minor used deception to appear to be an adult.

6. Accounts and cloud service

Cloud backup and rankings are optional features available after creating an email account. All game content can be played without an account.
Save data belongs to the account it was first backed up to and cannot be backed up to a different account.
Nicknames and records you register in the rankings are visible to other players. Inappropriate nicknames (profanity, impersonation, etc.) may be rejected, changed or removed without prior notice, and nicknames can be changed once every 7 days.
You can delete your account and server data at any time with the in-game account deletion feature. (Account deletion guide)

7. Your obligations and restrictions

The Operator is not responsible for delivering or restoring currency or items obtained by tampering with game data (save editing, bypassing payment, etc.).
Reverse engineering, redistribution and commercial use of the Game are prohibited.
If any of the following is confirmed, the Operator may restrict the account's use of the service (game access, cloud, rankings) without prior notice:
- Abusing the refund system, such as getting a refund after spending paid currency
- Getting onto the rankings by illegitimate means, such as editing saves or records or using unauthorized programs
- Placing abnormal load on the servers
If you disagree with a restriction, you can explain your case through the contact in Section 9, and the restriction may be lifted after review.

8. Limitation of liability

Except in cases of intent or gross negligence, the Operator is not liable for interruption, changes or data loss in services provided free of charge.
The Operator is not liable for damages caused by events beyond its control, such as natural disasters, device failure or store outages.

Matters not covered by these terms follow the applicable laws of the Republic of Korea and commercial practice. In case of a dispute, you may use mediation by bodies such as the Korea Content Dispute Resolution Committee.

These terms apply from August 1, 2026. If they change, we will announce it in the Game or on this page. If the Korean and English versions differ, the Korean version prevails.
